Admission

Clients who are interested in receiving treatment at Westover are referred to one of our referral agencies for assessment. An attempt is made to streamline clients into appropriate programs based on information submitted by referral sources and or presented at intake/assessment. The waiting period for entry to our programs is as follows:

• Chemical Residential - 4 to 6 weeks
• Co-dependency (Family) Program - 6-8 weeks

Clients on the waiting list are kept up to date via telephone contact. Referral Centres are involved in the monitoring process to ensure that clients are adequately prepared for treatment.
