Overview

The Westover Treatment Centre is a preventional treatment centre where individuals can go to find counselling, guidance, support and friendship in their recovery from alcohol and drug addiction. The centre also aids individuals who have been affected by another person's addiction.

Residence at Westover is available to individuals, 16 years and older who suffer from or have been affected by the problems of substance abuse. Applicants will be assessed to determine their suitability with close attention to their level of motivation and desire to seek appropriate alternatives to their current self destructive lifestyle. A willing commitment to change is expected of each client. We are here to aid each client to achieve his/her goals. The program is ideally suited for those seeking first time residential treatment.

The century old three story home is located on 1 ½ acres in Thamesville , Ontario . The character of the building and the beauty of the countryside contribute to the holistic treatment atmosphere.

Several additions have been made to our facility since we opened in 1986.
